Coldwell Banker’s Society of Excellence
#1 Female Real Estate Agent on the Monterey Peninsula for CB
Top 1% of Sales Associates Worldwide
As a licensed real estate agent with the Pacific Grove office of Coldwell Banker Realty, Lucie Campos has risen to the top of her field and established herself as the go-to expert on the unique and sought-after communities of this pristine paradise. An award-winning and top-producing agent since 2002, Lucie has lived in the area almost her whole life; in fact, her office is right across the street from the restaurant that her parents owned and operated. This is her own backyard and a community she loves — real estate is not just a job for Lucie, it’s her true passion.
Lucie started out as a spec builder with her contractor husband, Jim. It was during this time that she solidified her knowledge of the construction business and honed the skill of recognizing a good value, an invaluable asset to her clients. In addition to her unsurpassed local market knowledge, Lucie is an active listener for her buyers regarding their wants and needs, coaching them on offering prices and successfully leading them to their real estate goals.
For sellers, Lucie employs the cutting-edge technology and innovative marketing strategies of Coldwell Banker® to produce multiple buyers. This strength, coupled with her superior negotiation skills, maximizes the selling price and provides a competitive edge. Because of her reputation for integrity, honesty and collaboration, Lucie has gained the respect of her peers, which oftentimes leads to finding off-market properties and assures trouble-free closings.
Lucie has amassed an impressive array of awards in the industry. She has been Coldwell Banker’s #1 female real estate agent on the Monterey Peninsula for an astounding 17 years, and she’s a member of its Society of Excellence, an honor reserved for less than 1% of affiliated agents globally. Her even broader reach earned her the top spot of 1% of Coldwell Banker agents in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Sacramento. Though proud of her many accolades, Lucie is most proud of her consistent 5-star ratings from clients. They unanimously love Lucie, citing her dedication and commitment to putting their interests first and being with them every step of the way, even beyond closing.
Ties to the community she holds so dear are many for Lucie. She’s chairperson for the Architecture Review Board for the City of Monterey, on the Board of Directors for the Monterey Facade Grant Program and a Board Member for the Old Monterey Business Association, just to name a few. She’s a member of the National and Monterey County Association of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. When she’s not busy making real estate deals, she enjoys time spent with her family and friends.
If you’re looking for the consummate real estate professional on the Monterey Peninsula, give Lucie a call for unmatched expertise. She would love to help you!
